Practical software for site and office
We help field and office teams get work, information and decisions moving properly between the site and the office. Each piece of work is scoped around one process, and sometimes the right answer is not new software at all.
One InfraWho you’ll work with
- Based in
- United Kingdom. A workflow review means time with the people who do the work; how and where those sessions happen is agreed at the start.
- What we do
- Consulting, configuration, software engineering and integration
01What we do not do
We are not selling a ready-made platform
Being clear about what we leave out saves time on both sides. A first conversation is about your process, not a product demonstration.
- Not an all-purpose software productWe do scoped consulting, configuration, software engineering and integration work.
- Not general managed IT supportWe do not provide help desks, device management or general IT support. Support for what we build is scoped and agreed separately.
- Not AI chatbots as a productWhere AI genuinely helps with a specific task, such as reading information from documents, it is one engineering option among several.
02Technology and licences
Technology we work with
We specialise in Microsoft-based engineering alongside custom applications and integrations, and we assess your existing systems before recommending anything new.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Document libraries, lists and permissions for job records and handover packs, where a business already works in Microsoft 365.
- Power Apps and Power Automate
- Forms for site and office, approvals and routine hand-offs between people and systems.
- Azure
- Hosting, data storage and integration services, where a process needs more than low-code tools.
- Custom applications
- Built when configuration or an existing product does not fit the way the work is done.
- Integrations
- Connecting the field apps, spreadsheets, accounts and office systems you already use, where those systems allow it.
- AI, where it helps
- An optional engineering capability, for example extracting information from delivery tickets for a person to check.
Licences
Microsoft 365 business plans include standard Power Platform connectors at no extra cost, and Microsoft 365 F3 (£7.70 a user a month) includes Power Apps and Power Automate for Microsoft 365 data.
Office 365 A1 is free for schools and A3 is £2.90 per staff user a month; the education plans include Power Apps and Power Automate with standard connectors.
Anything needing an extra licence is flagged in the review, before you decide. Our strength is Microsoft-based engineering, so we do not claim to be neutral across every tool.

Next step
Bring one process to a first conversation
Tell us about one process, whether it is daily records, handover packs or re-keying between systems. The answer may not involve new software at all. We will talk it through and suggest a sensible next step.
