What happens to the information you send us through this website, in plain terms.

Who we are

One Infra (“we”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

You can contact us about this notice or your information at hello@oneinfra.co.uk.

What we collect when you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for:

  • your name, company or organisation, and email address;
  • a description of the process you would like to improve, and any topics you tick.

After your enquiry has been received, you can choose to add optional details: your sector, your role, the approximate size of your team, the systems you use, your timing, and a rough investment range. You can skip this step.

Please do not include confidential project material or sensitive personal information in the form.

We also record:

  • when the enquiry was sent, and whether it came from the enquiry page’s interactive form or its basic version;
  • campaign tags (such as utm_source) if they were in the link you followed to the enquiry page;
  • your IP address, only to limit repeated or automated submissions. It is converted into a one-way code, is not stored with your enquiry, and the counters that use it expire within 24 hours.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, to prepare for a conversation about the process you described, and to keep a record of that discussion and any work that follows.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services and in protecting the form from abuse. If your enquiry leads to an agreement with us, we will also use your details to take the steps you ask for before entering into it.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to any marketing, and we do not sell your information.

How enquiries are prioritised

When an enquiry arrives, a simple set of written rules notes how closely it matches the work we do, how clearly the process is described and, if you added optional details, your role, timing and investment range. This only helps us decide what to read first. A person reads every enquiry, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by the people at One Infra who handle enquiries. We use service providers to run this website and the enquiry form on our behalf. They may only use your information to provide their service to us:

Because some providers operate outside the UK, your information may be processed outside the UK. Contact us if you would like details of the safeguards that apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any discussion or work that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

The option to add optional details on the confirmation page expires two hours after you send your enquiry, or as soon as you have used it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or object to our use of it. In some cases you can also ask us to transfer it. To make a request, email hello@oneinfra.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Its fonts are served from this website rather than a third party, and the page scripts do not store anything on your device.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
